EMR Analyst Certification Required
Job Summary
To support the PFS Applications department, the per-diem EMR Analyst will develop software expertise, troubleshoot issues, and manage application changes while working remotely as needed during regular business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with end users and leadership regarding application changes and project plans
- Manage assigned requests for changes (RFCs) and validate solutions with end users before closing requests
- Participate in application design, build, and validation sessions while documenting decisions and progress
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree preferred
- EMR Certification required within six months of hire
- Understanding of clinical and peripheral healthcare functions and workflows
- Knowledge of technology related to functional processes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
