Key responsibilities
- Analyze, design, implement, and maintain complex systems to improve clinical care and patient management
- Support system testing, document outcomes, and develop technical solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Lead the design and implementation of new application requests, coordinating resources and ensuring proper integration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Possession of one or more current Epic certifications related to clinical care delivery
- Comprehensive understanding of Epic workflows and their integration across clinical and operational areas
