EMR Application Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure optimal performance and functionality of EMR applications, the full-time EMR Application Analyst will analyze and troubleshoot application issues, implement system updates, and provide technical support and training to end-users while working remotely with onsite requirements as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures optimal performance and functionality of EMR applications
• Analyzes and troubleshoots application issues in collaboration with clinical and technical teams
• Implements software updates to maintain system security and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university plus two years of relevant work experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting and optimizing EMR applications
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Epic
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare regulations
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
