EMR Application Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance the performance of EMR applications, the full-time EMR Application Analyst will analyze and troubleshoot application issues, implement system updates, and provide technical support while working remotely with occasional onsite requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures optimal performance and functionality of EMR applications
• Analyzes and troubleshoots application issues in collaboration with clinical and technical teams
• Implements software updates to maintain system security and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university plus two years of relevant work experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting and optimizing EMR applications
• Healthcare experience and knowledge of clinical workflows
• Experience implementing software updates and managing system integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
