Key Responsibilities

Develop EMR migration playbooks to create efficient and repeatable processes
Evaluate and standardize data mapping and transformation needs with clients and vendors
Collaborate with technical teams, clients, and EMR vendors to ensure data integrity and compliance

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in EMR implementations and migrations
Understanding of healthcare data structures and HL7/FHIR standards
Experience with data validation and SQL queries
Ability to manage tasks and timelines effectively
Experience working cross-functionally with IT and clinical teams
