A company is looking for a PAS EMR Specialist to manage and organize medical records while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize medical records by coordinating with physicians and support teams
- Work within various EMR systems to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Troubleshoot EMR systems and collaborate with IT support teams for additional assistance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience with data mining healthcare records from various EMR systems
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience in a production-metrics and quality assurance work environment
- Availability to work two weekends per month and four holidays per year in rotating shifts
- Proficiency in using EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts, and CPSI
