Key Responsibilities:

Maintain working EMR access for navigation and basic troubleshooting
Accurate and thorough data entry meeting productivity standards
Consistent communication with physician teams regarding case issues, case completion, and portal workflow

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Experience within the healthcare field
Experience with electronic medical record applications
Knowledge of medical terminology and examination of medical records
Experience with accessing and maintaining multiple portals
