EMR Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support community pediatric practices, the remote Physician Practice EMR Support Specialist will manage the deployment of EMR services, conduct training programs, and provide ongoing user support while fostering strong relationships with physician practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement EMR training and support for community physician practices, including user demonstrations and assessments
• Respond to training and support issues, coordinating software updates and maintaining system training documentation
• Develop and maintain relationships with physician and administrative leaders, supporting the network of super-users in each practice

Required qualifications:

• At least 3 years of clinical systems training and/or user support experience
• Four-year Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Epic certification preferred
