EMR Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EMR Systems Analyst to provide support for their Electronic Medical Record system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for EMR support, providing Level 1 ticket triage and troubleshooting
• Assist end users with new system features and functionality, ensuring proper adoption
• Monitor and follow up on escalated tickets, collaborating with Business Analysts and the Director for onboarding new services

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Two or more years of experience with software support and implementation
• Two or more years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience with Carelogic and Methasoft is helpful
