EMR Systems Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EMR Systems Project Manager (Home Care).

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the EMR platform to support care delivery and compliance
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and maintain version control of clinical forms
• Develop training materials and provide support for EMR issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, healthcare informatics, nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience managing or administering an EMR/EHR system in healthcare or home care
• Strong understanding of home care, PCS, HCBS waivers, or long-term care documentation
• Experience in configuring system workflows and supporting integrations between EMRs and other systems
• Ability to translate clinical processes into efficient system workflows
