EMT Licensed Information Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Specialist to manage health and safety calls and provide product safety information.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform intake of health and safety calls and document adverse event information
• Provide first-aid information and escalate calls as necessary
• Maintain quality service and seek to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• EMT, Paramedic, Veterinary Technician, or equivalent, or a student pursuing an advanced medical degree
• Current license or certification preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Professional telephone etiquette and active listening skills
