EMT/Paramedic Dispatcher

Job Summary

To ensure timely access to care, the full-time remote EMT/Paramedic Dispatcher will screen service requests, coordinate the assignment of medical resources, and assess safety risks for members across the country.

Key responsibilities:

• Screen requests for services from members and coordinate care resources
• Collaborate with field operations and virtual care teams to initiate responses
• Identify and escalate issues related to safety and service delivery

Required qualifications:

• Current State Office of EMS or National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians compliant EMT or Paramedic Certification
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Preferred Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification
• Preferred 911 for Crisis Calltakers training
