Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Business Partner for AMER Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with AMER Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services leaders to align enablement roadmaps with business priorities
  • Lead Training Needs Assessments and ensure deliverables meet defined outcomes and support measurable business results
  • Execute strategic programs and events, coordinating logistics and communications for a seamless learner experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales, Professional Services, or Customer Success with a strong understanding of customer value and revenue
  • Experience as a strategic partner to business leaders, conducting needs analysis and developing enablement plans
  • Proven ability to design and execute complex programs and events while managing timelines and logistics
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect learning objectives to measurable business outcomes
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Monday.com, and eLearning platforms; comfortable in a remote global environment
