Job Summary
Developing tailored enablement strategies, the full-time remote Enablement Business Partner will address performance gaps in the Customer Success organization, create learning programs, and lead impactful training for Customer Success Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement enablement strategies and learning programs to enhance productivity in the Customer Success organization
- Lead training sessions and create training materials while serving as a subject matter expert
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to represent Customer Success learning needs and drive continuous development investment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement or related fields, with knowledge of Customer Success methodologies
- Prior experience in post-sale roles, ideally in complex or technical sales processes
- Experience collaborating with Customer Success leaders to drive business impact
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
