Enablement Coach - Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Coach - Business Development & Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 coaching and skill development to XDRs & AEs
• Project manage the development and execution of Biz Dev & Sales training programs
• Analyze XDR & AE productivity and effectiveness using performance data

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience in coaching or training sales teams
• Proven success in Business Development or Sales
• Ability to influence strategic decision-making with senior revenue leaders
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
• Self-starter with initiative and creativity in a fast-paced environment
