Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager II, Enablement Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of enablement trainers and facilitators, establishing performance standards and coaching frameworks
- Own the delivery strategy for onboarding and continuous learning, aligning with company priorities and measurable outcomes
- Partner with senior leaders to identify performance gaps and drive enablement solutions linked to key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or a related function
- 3+ years of people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Proven experience influencing enablement strategy tied to measurable business outcomes
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate business priorities into enablement plans
- Fluency with AI tools and experience integrating AI into workflows or learning programs
