Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager II, Enablement Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of enablement trainers and facilitators, establishing performance standards and coaching frameworks
• Own the delivery strategy for onboarding and continuous learning, aligning with company priorities and measurable outcomes
• Partner with senior leaders to identify performance gaps and drive enablement solutions linked to key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or a related function
• 3+ years of people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Proven experience influencing enablement strategy tied to measurable business outcomes
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate business priorities into enablement plans
• Fluency with AI tools and experience integrating AI into workflows or learning programs
