Key Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and manage enablement programs for the sales organization
• Contribute to the Global SE Enablement plan and lead its communication and execution
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to enhance content creation and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software and solution engineering
• Bachelor's degree
• Deep technical expertise in database OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python
• Experience in designing and delivering enablement programs
• Fluent in Japanese and business-level English
