A company is looking for a CX & Solutions- Enablement Lead to drive readiness and continuous learning for field-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enablement strategies to enhance productivity and customer retention
  • Manage onboarding and certification programs tailored to various roles
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Enablement or related roles in the SaaS industry
  • Proven ability to build and scale onboarding and learning programs
  • Deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in change management and supporting field teams
  • Proficiency with generative AI in an enablement context
