Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX & Solutions- Enablement Lead to drive readiness and continuous learning for field-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement strategies to enhance productivity and customer retention
- Manage onboarding and certification programs tailored to various roles
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Enablement or related roles in the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to build and scale onboarding and learning programs
- Deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market strategies
- Experience in change management and supporting field teams
- Proficiency with generative AI in an enablement context
