Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end onboarding process, the full-time Enablement Lead will design, build, and execute a world-class enablement program for new hires, focusing on hands-on product experience and leveraging AI-driven tools, while working in a hybrid environment based in NYC or remotely within US time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage the onboarding program that transitions new hires from signed offer to certified and productive team members
- Continuously evolve the onboarding process through hands-on labs, certification gates, and real product interactions
- Develop AI-native enablement tools that simulate customer interactions and assess product knowledge
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, sales, customer success, or a related go-to-market role
- Proven experience designing effective onboarding or training programs
- Strong understanding of AI applications in enablement and training
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles to establish credibility with team members
- Demonstrated exceptionalism in any field, showcasing a commitment to excellence
