Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enablement Manager to support its revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement onboarding programs for new Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs)
- Build and maintain a content library with practical resources for sales teams
- Analyze data to identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales or revenue enablement
- Proven ability to develop enablement programs from scratch
- Experience with CRM and enablement tools such as Salesforce or Gong
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness
- Experience enabling both new business and retention/expansion sales motions
