Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Manager to support its revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement onboarding programs for new Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs)
  • Build and maintain a content library with practical resources for sales teams
  • Analyze data to identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales or revenue enablement
  • Proven ability to develop enablement programs from scratch
  • Experience with CRM and enablement tools such as Salesforce or Gong
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness
  • Experience enabling both new business and retention/expansion sales motions
