Job Summary
Enablement Manager will oversee the onboarding and enablement infrastructure for a remote, full-time position, focusing on creating scalable onboarding experiences and role-specific training programs for customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage structured onboarding programs for new employees across various departments
- Develop and improve onboarding and ramp programs for Sales and Customer Success teams
- Build sales playbooks and maintain competitive intelligence resources
Required Qualifications
- Experience in building onboarding or enablement programs within high growth SaaS or PaaS companies
- Knowledge of enterprise B2B sales processes and customer success workflows
- Proficiency in developing written enablement content and training materials
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams including Sales and Customer Success
- Familiarity with using metrics and AI tools to enhance enablement effectiveness
