Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Enablement Manager will design and manage onboarding and enablement programs for new hires and customer-facing teams, collaborating cross-functionally in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and manage structured onboarding programs for all new employees across various departments
- Develop onboarding and ramp programs for Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success Managers, defining role-specific milestones
- Build sales playbooks and customer success enablement resources while maintaining competitive intelligence materials
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience building onboarding or enablement programs in high growth SaaS, PaaS, or infrastructure companies
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales processes and customer success workflows
- Experience developing written enablement content, including playbooks and onboarding materials
- Comfort using metrics and reporting to improve enablement effectiveness
- Active use of AI tools for content creation, coaching, or enablement operations
