Enablement Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Enablement GTM and Presales.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive enablement roadmap, including onboarding and GTM methodologies
• Develop competency-based onboarding and certification programs, and establish standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with marketing to create role-specific enablement and activation programs while assessing adoption and gathering field intelligence

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in enablement or sales enablement in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enablement programs from scratch
• Experience demonstrating enablement impact through business metrics
• Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Able to build credibility quickly and influence without authority
