Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and govern the sales enablement content management system, ensuring materials are current and accessible
• Manage enablement tools, including license provisioning, access management, and tracking training program completion
• Provide operational insights to improve content discoverability and usability in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related function
• Experience managing internal tools such as content management systems or learning platforms
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with SaaS sales motions and tools used in go-to-market organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
