Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enablement Partner to empower client-facing teams within a PEO organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to sales leaders and revenue retention teams, identifying enablement needs and delivering targeted solutions
- Design and deliver onboarding and everboarding programs focused on PEO-specific topics
- Create and maintain enablement courseware, playbooks, and other learning collateral tailored to the PEO buyer journey
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Operations within a PEO, HR tech, or B2B services environment
- Strong understanding of the PEO model, including HR compliance, payroll, benefits, and risk management
- Experience with enablement platforms, CRM systems, and content management software
- Ability to create multimedia training content using design software and LMS tools
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and driving measurable business impact
