Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Partner to empower client-facing teams within a PEO organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to sales leaders and revenue retention teams, identifying enablement needs and delivering targeted solutions
  • Design and deliver onboarding and everboarding programs focused on PEO-specific topics
  • Create and maintain enablement courseware, playbooks, and other learning collateral tailored to the PEO buyer journey
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Operations, preferably within a PEO or B2B services environment
  • Strong understanding of the PEO model, including HR compliance, payroll, benefits, and risk management
  • Experience with enablement platforms, CRM systems, and content management software
  • Ability to create multimedia training content using design software and LMS tools
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and measurable business impact
