Enablement Partner

Job Summary

To support enablement initiatives and new hire training logistics, the remote Enablement Partner will manage onboarding processes, coordinate training sessions, and identify opportunities for process improvement while working independently in a detail-oriented role.

Key responsibilities

• Support new hire onboarding by managing accounts and scheduling training sessions in Learning Hub
• Conduct training sessions and refresher courses for operational teams, adapting content to various experience levels
• Identify and implement process improvements within training administration and enablement workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years of experience in learning & development, training administration, or enablement within a fast-paced operational environment
• Experience with LMS administration or similar learning platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfort facilitating training sessions and engaging with participants across varied experience levels
