Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or enablement roles
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority
• Experience designing and delivering enablement content and training programs
• Familiarity with operational frameworks and tools (e.g., Viva Goals, PowerBi, automation)
• Experience working in a matrixed or global organization
