Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Enablement Program Manager to build and deliver enablement programs for Go to Market teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the learning journey for Commercial Sales and Business Development teams
  • Design, implement, and optimize various learning programs, including technical enablement and leadership development
  • Measure program effectiveness and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of experience in procurement or enablement in a high-growth software environment
  • Proven track record in designing and scaling effective programs within high-growth companies
  • Experience working cross-functionally on complex projects with tight timelines
  • Ability to analyze data and incorporate insights into learning strategies
  • Growth mindset and a passion for helping people develop their potential
