Enablement Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a leading technology and hospitality platform, the remote Enablement Program Manager will develop, execute, and optimize enablement programs for field sales and account management teams while managing content and training initiatives on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and measure enablement programs for sales and operations teams
• Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for global sales teams
• Create and maintain enablement content, including playbooks and eLearning modules

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or enablement program management
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from strategy through execution
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, and content creation tools
• Strong skills in training, content development, and stakeholder management
