Enablement Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading change management initiatives, the full-time remote Enablement Program Manager will execute programs to expand Community Manager portfolios, manage field communications, and track adoption metrics while collaborating with leadership and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution of change management programs and track field readiness and adoption metrics
• Develop and manage transformation communications for Community Managers and regional stakeholders
• Track and prioritize enablement requests, maintaining workplans and ensuring successful transitions to operational ownership

Required qualifications

• Experience in program and project management, particularly in change management or enablement roles
• Strong writing skills for clear and effective communication with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to track metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making
• Experience in real estate or related industries is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
