Enablement Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a high-growth services line of business, the full-time Enablement Program Manager will manage onboarding, training, and content creation for field teams, collaborating with cross-functional partners in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize enablement programs for market managers and sales teams
• Facilitate content creation and coordinate educational materials for ongoing training initiatives
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the enablement strategy and maintain program documentation

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enablement program management with a track record of managing complex projects
• Proficiency in Gsuite, Salesforce, Excel, Highspot, Adobe, Gong, and AI-powered tools
• Experience in onboarding and supporting ongoing learning for team members
• Strong design skills and ability to create engaging, accessible content
• Experience in both large organizations and fast-paced, high-growth environments
