Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Program Manager - Luxe in Remote, USA!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute enablement programs for Luxe teams
Provide onboarding and training programs for global Luxe field organization
Create and update content management system and ensure program documentation is up to date

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years in an enablement role with project management experience
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and connect strategic dots
Experience in onboarding new team members and supporting ongoing development
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Salesforce, Excel, GSuite, Highspot (a plus)
Strong work ethic and consistent work habits
