Enablement Program Trainer

Job Summary

Delivering engaging onboarding and skill development experiences, the full-time remote Enablement Program Trainer will facilitate both virtual and in-person enablement programs for Data Foundation sellers, focusing on enhancing seller productivity and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person enablement experiences supporting Data Foundation sellers across various time zones
• Facilitate onboarding programs, workshops, and live training experiences to build foundational product and sales skills
• Support the development and maintenance of onboarding curriculum and training content to ensure materials remain current and impactful

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in sales, enablement, corporate learning, or teaching
• Demonstrated experience facilitating engaging training sessions and presenting to diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities in fast-paced environments
• Growth mindset with a willingness to seek, receive, and apply feedback
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration skills
