Enablement Senior Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Senior Specialist who will manage strategic program planning and execution for sales enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and analyze program performance metrics, building reports to present insights and recommendations to leadership
• Support the Global Enablement PMO in prioritizing initiatives and managing project lifecycles for major launches
• Create executive-level presentations to showcase the impact of Enablement on business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role, such as Sales Enablement or Business Consulting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL and Tableau for data visualization
• Project Management expertise with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Ability to create high-impact executive presentations
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
