Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Program Managers to design and execute comprehensive enablement programs aligned with revenue growth objectives
• Develop and curate sales enablement content, including training materials, playbooks, and presentations
• Manage and maintain Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to efficiently implement and scale enablement programs

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, training, or a related role
• Proficiency in CMS/LMS management, Canva, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other relevant tools
• Experience with SCORM development and learning design
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
