Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Specialist to support agent performance and enhance the overall agent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Sales and Agent Support in identifying enablement needs across the agent lifecycle
• Create, update, and organize onboarding materials, job aids, and training resources for agents
• Support the execution of training sessions and manage ongoing enablement programs

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, training support, or a related role
• Strong understanding of sales processes and familiarity with agent or channel partner environments
• Experience with CRM, LMS, or enablement tools is a plus
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable supporting training initiatives and engaging with agents
