Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Specialist to empower the organization in delivering measurable value to its members.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to design the ideal customer journey for maximum value realization
• Develop internal and external enablement assets, including reports and knowledge base articles
• Analyze engagement metrics to refine resources and improve member outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Enablement, or Client Experience (SaaS preferred)
• Proven ability to create strategic content that drives action and clarity
• Experience in project management across multiple departments
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to extract insights from clients and stakeholders
• Cybersecurity experience and data analysis skills are a plus
