Job Summary
Supporting the Revenue Enablement team, the full-time Enablement Specialist will build, organize, and deliver training content and enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams while working remotely during US Eastern business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain training content and eLearning modules in Seismic Learning
- Upload, tag, and organize Sales and Customer Success content within Seismic Content
- Create and publish enablement content across dedicated Slack channels and track enablement activity metrics
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or learning & development
- Demonstrated ability to build and deliver training content or instructional materials
- Hands-on experience with enablement or sales tools such as Seismic, Outreach, or Salesforce
- Strong written English communication skills for creating documentation and internal communications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
