Job Summary
Designing and implementing AI-powered workflows, the full-time Enablement Strategy Manager will build and manage the operating system for the Revenue Enablement function, ensuring effective systems and processes that enhance sales and customer operations remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows for content generation, program delivery, and knowledge management
- Manage governance of AI workflows and drive adoption through collaboration with Sales, Customer, and RevOps teams
- Lead cross-functional program execution and maintain the integrated enablement planning process across Sales and Customer Office
Required qualifications
- 8-9 years of experience in revenue enablement, GTM operations, or sales operations within B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to build operational systems from scratch, including intake frameworks and reporting infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in a GTM or enablement context
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and collaborative planning tools like Miro and Atlassian
- Strong project and program management skills with a focus on clarity and tracking
