Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of GTM Enablement Managers
• Act as a player-coach, providing hands-on guidance and executing key programs
• Ensure consistent application of enablement processes and track program-level metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM enablement or program management
• 1+ years of experience managing or leading teams
• Strong experience in process design and project management
• Results-driven with a proven track record in fast-paced environments
• Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS organization
