Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, organizational development, or a related field preferred
• 5-7+ years of experience in training, enablement, or a related role
• Advanced facilitation skills for leading complex virtual training sessions
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Fluency in Spanish is required
