Encompass Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Encompass Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and support for the development of processes and workflows in Encompass
• Build, test, and implement system enhancements, including business rules and workflows
• Manage Encompass enhancements, monitor version updates, and provide internal support solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 3+ years in Mortgage Industry environments
• Solid IT experience with application development, infrastructure, and operations knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in configuration of Encompass settings and understanding of the loan lifecycle
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
