Job Summary
A company is looking for an Encompass Administrator to support its loan origination system team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, and various system settings to improve business processes
- Evaluate and drive changes in the Encompass system and integrations for process-flow improvement
- Design and implement approved change requests and serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in Ellie Mae Encompass Administration
- 5+ years of experience in building Input Forms and creating Business Rules within Encompass/LOS
- 5+ years of experience in the Mortgage Industry
- Encompass Administrator Certification
