Encompass Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Encompass LOS Administrator to serve as their sole system expert in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build workflows, business rules, input forms, fee templates, and custom fields to support loan operations
• Resolve Encompass system issues and manage user roles and permissions
• Train and support staff on system changes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Encompass Administrator experience
• 3+ years of Mortgage Industry experience
• Proven hands-on Encompass configuration experience
• Experience at a direct residential mortgage lender
• Ability to work independently as a sole administrator
