Job Summary
Supporting the configuration and maintenance of the Encompass Loan Origination System, the full-time remote Encompass Administrator will ensure system accuracy, assist with workflow improvements, and provide user support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with configuring and maintaining Encompass settings, including personas and business rules
- Serve as a first line resource for Encompass questions and troubleshooting, providing user training and guidance
- Receive and log incoming system issues and enhancement requests, coordinating with senior administrators for solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on Encompass administration experience, preferably in a high-volume mortgage environment
- Proven use of Business Rules, Input Form Builder, and user management tools
- Understanding of mortgage origination workflows and compliance-related workflows (TRID, HMDA, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration
