Job Summary

Supporting the configuration and maintenance of the Encompass Loan Origination System, the full-time remote Encompass Administrator will ensure system accuracy, assist with workflow improvements, and provide user support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with configuring and maintaining Encompass settings, including personas and business rules
  • Serve as a first line resource for Encompass questions and troubleshooting, providing user training and guidance
  • Receive and log incoming system issues and enhancement requests, coordinating with senior administrators for solutions
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of hands-on Encompass administration experience, preferably in a high-volume mortgage environment
  • Proven use of Business Rules, Input Form Builder, and user management tools
  • Understanding of mortgage origination workflows and compliance-related workflows (TRID, HMDA, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration
