Encompass Administrator

Job Summary

Responsible for configuring and customizing the loan origination system, the full-time remote Encompass Administrator will provide technical direction, manage system enhancements, and ensure compliance while collaborating with management to evaluate business processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in the development of processes and workflows within Encompass, including analysis, planning, testing, and implementation of projects
• Build, test, and implement new system enhancements, including business rules and third-party integrations
• Monitor system updates, troubleshoot internal support issues, and train business units on new features

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Industry environments
• In-depth knowledge of Encompass functionality and configuration, including user groups and business rules
• Strong understanding of the loan lifecycle and ability to analyze problems in a fast-paced environment
• Solid IT experience, including application development and systems administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Service Delivery and Information Security
