Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance loan origination systems through administration and custom development
• Design, implement, and test solutions, including workflows and applications, while managing vendor integrations
• Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and provide technical documentation and training for users

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with Encompass 360 administration
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development
• In-depth understanding of the mortgage industry and full loan lifecycle
• Familiarity with software development life cycles and best practices
• Experience with project management and ticketing software
