Job Summary
To support the mortgage operations, the full-time remote Encompass Support Administrator will manage system evaluations, implement improvements, and maintain Encompass settings while ensuring compliance with lending regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to identify improvements and manage Encompass configurations, including input forms and business rules
- Evaluate and enhance the Encompass system and integrations to drive process-flow improvements
- Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting and support inquiries related to system functionality
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in Ellie Mae Encompass Administration
- 5+ years of experience building Input Forms and creating Business Rules within Encompass/LOS
- 5+ years of experience in the Mortgage Industry
- Encompass Administrator Certification
