Job Summary

A company is looking for an Encompass Developer to support and enhance their loan origination system.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain the Encompass LOS platform
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
• Recommend workflow efficiencies and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of Encompass development, administration, or configuration experience
• 3 years of residential mortgage industry experience
• Understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle from application through post-closing
• Experience with Encompass business rules, workflows, and custom forms
• Familiarity with mortgage compliance and regulatory requirements
